Nate's Thrift

It's no question as to the popularity of Nate's Thrift.  Started years ago as just a vintage and antique items collector, Nate Mayfield had a vision of owning his very own online store so that other could appreciate the collections that he had acquired.  The first collection started with board games, and not new games either, 100% vintage board games from decades ago.  The collection grew to an unimaginable size with thousands of games, some are listed on the site, but many of thousands of vintage board games are not listed.  Then the interest in vintage electronics came along.  With a dream in sight, Nate started repairing record players for others for a small fee.  The collecting then began.  Now there are many record players, turntables, eight track stereos, tuners, speakers and much more in stock.  The stereos are refurbished so that they can live another fifty to eighty five years, hopefully.

Through everything though, there are many collections around Nate's Thrift.  Nate's Thrift has NOT always existed however.  When first starting out, the name of our business was "GAMEMAN552000!"  It was a corny name and was nothing more than a flat HTML page with board games listed for sale, and not very many at that.  They hosted the site with geocities for a while and then began to expand the site.  It didn't work out so, in 1999, Nate's Thrift was born.  Although the GameMan552000 business is long gone, it will never be forgoten about.  This is our little "TRIBUTE" to what our business once was.  Now, Nate's Thrift is in full swing, buying, selling, and even trading items with customers around the United States of America.  We continue to expand the site with new items daily and new catagories monthly.  We have been here for a while now and if we have the continued support and ability, Nate's Thrift will last for generations!!!!!  So, we thank you for taking the time to visit Nate's Thrift reguarly and buy items from us.  We take pure pride in what we do and insure that every single customer gets treated with the best respect possible and we do everything we possibly can to help anyone.  "Our Service Is Guaranteed To Make You Smile!"
